Tom Sumner

Hi, I’m Tom Sumner—ex-soldier, multi-award-winning property investor, and founder of Swish Holiday Apartments, the UK’s #1 luxury serviced accommodation brand.

I’ve built a multi-million-pound property portfolio from the ground up, and now I help others do the same.

But my journey didn’t start in property. I spent 10 years in the British Army as a paratrooper, serving on operational tours in the Middle East, earning decorations for my service, and training soldiers as a military instructor. After that, I worked as a bodyguard for some of the world’s biggest companies, all while gaining qualifications in health and safety, construction, and risk management.

In 2007, I took the leap into property. I started from scratch, learned what works (and what doesn’t), and built businesses that have been featured in The Guardian, The Telegraph, National Geographic, World Travel Guide, and Blue Bricks Property Magazine—where I’ve even been on the front cover twice.

I know exactly what it takes to succeed in property investment, because I’ve done it myself. I’ve mentored countless business owners, helping them scale their portfolios and create real financial freedom. Now, I’m on a mission to help more people break into property and build long-term wealth the right way.
